Our
shop does a tremendous number of alterations on ladies shoes and boots.
We can shorten, lengthen, or reposition straps. We can alter elastics
and
add elastic bridges to sling backs to aid them from slipping. We can
add Poron® padding in any thickness to take up space or add
cushioning.
This is done so that the padding is undetectable and comfortable with
no
lumpiness or unevenness. We also alter calves of boots. We can taper
them
to make them smaller or add elastic goring to make them bigger. We can
install zippers in boots where there was not one before thus making it
easier to get into. We can also shorten the shafts of boots for those
customers
who have short legs but still want a tall boots. All of this can be
done
for hard to fit feet and legs and with a factorylike appearance making
the alteration undetectable.
