Over
the years, Shoe Savers has developed specific
techniques
to clean suede and fabric footwear and handbags. We do not use any
harsh
chemicals. We have several commercial types of cleaning products which
are used depending on the type of stain and material to be cleaned.
These
along with steam and air guns produce excellent results. After cleaning
all articles are sprayed with commercial fabric or suede refinishers to
enhance the color and then sprayed with a commercial protectant to help
repel rain,
dirt, and stains.This protectant is much stronger than any over
the
counter product available to the consumer. We strongly advise our
customers to have us apply this product to their shoes and handbags and
other articles prior to wearing them. Although it is not a cure, it is
an immense help in keeping suede, nubuck, and fabric goods rain and
stain repellent. Fabric and suede handbags
and shoes such as Gucci,
Prada, Todds, and others are not a problem.
